The Majestic Wedding

Sandra and Martin did a spectacular job planning and providing music for our wedding. Sandra met with us beforehand to ensure appropriate preparation prior the wedding and was a key part of ensuring everything went smoothly the day of while Martin kept the dance floor full of energy. Having helped with many weddings, they were also very familiar with the vendors we chose which went a long way in terms of coordination. We highly recommend them to any future couples!

Sandra was truly the best wedding planner we could have asked for. We had a destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico, and everything turned out absolutely perfect thanks to her. She helped us with every step of the process, from choosing the venue and vendors to coordinating travel details for our friends and family, as well as helping with the seating chart, overall layout, and wedding design and decor. It was clear she was incredibly experienced and knew exactly what she was doing, which meant we barely had any stress at all. Her communication, negotiation skills, and overall expertise were top notch. She also guided us through our Vietnamese and Chinese tea ceremony, which we knew very little about, and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout. We also worked with their DJ, DJ M-Cue, and he was amazing. We shared our favorite artists and a few mixes, and he took it from there. He set the exact tone we wanted for our entire wedding weekend and was the perfect MC as well. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out. Our family and friends had an amazing time as well, and it was all thanks to The Majestic Wedding. Highly recommend!

We hired Sandra for day-of coordination, and she was absolutely spectacular. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and patient, answering the many questions we had during the planning process with confidence and clarity. You can immediately tell she has extensive experience coordinating weddings — she knew exactly where we needed to be, when to move, and how to keep everything running smoothly without ever making it feel rushed or stressful. We had wanted a day of wedding coordinator and Majestic Wedding delivered with amazing service! Sandra came in a month prior to the wedding to get all the information about our wedding and worked in the background to organize and finish up the rest of the planning. It really took the weight off my shoulders. Cindy was amazing on site during the wedding. She really made sure the wedding went accordingly to plan, even when things came up or something changed. Our wedding was everything we wished for and they made sure of it. I appreciate all their time and hard work and I cannot recommend them enough!

Even when I was stressed, she stayed patient, calm, and reassuring. I loved how she was able to help with our tea ceremony part since we weren’t familiar on what to do. She truly went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly, and I’m so grateful for her support. DJ M-Cue (Martin) was our DJ and we couldn’t be happier. He definitely made the process fun and he listened to all of our request and concerns. He walked us through the timeline and went in depth about transitioning of songs. We hired Sandra for the day-of our wedding but it felt like she had been with us for much longer. Once we met and shared our vendor contacts, Sandra took over all communication and the transition was seamless. She has so much knowledge about both Vietnamese and American customs and she was always ahead of us, anticipating any hiccups or future decisions we would have to make. It was also helpful that she already had a relationship with some of our vendors. The night before the wedding, she helped with errands and checked all the little details before our big day.
