Update: I’m updating my review from 5 to 3 stars since our experience has changed since our first cleaning. Our first cleaning was great, but the quality has been inconsistent since then. We had one cleaning that we were unhappy with, and although we were offered a $15 credit because of the experience, we’ve…
Cleaners did a great job ! Would recommend this crew and company to anyone. Thanks !
Arely and Silvanna did an amazing job cleaning our 2-bed apartment while we were out and about. Not only was everything perfectly clean and organized but they left little origami for us to discover!

First time using a house cleaning service agency ever
We’ve used Might Maids a few times for standard house cleanings and have been very happy with their service. Scheduling online was easy, and I was even able to schedule on somewhat short notice. This is our 4th time inviting Mighty Maids for house cleaning, and the two ladies always do an amazing job. Not only do they handle the standard cleaning perfectly, they also organize all our stuff, including our kid’s toys. Honestly, it feels like hotel resort-level cleaning. We’re always impressed with the results!
This is the second cleaning I’ve had with this company and they are amazing!! I’ve had some terrible experiences and have been looking for this type of cleaning service. Fast, quality job and easy to communicate with even during the clean through text. 10/10 experience!
I was looking for a cleaning service that I can start using monthly since our family is so busy with work, school and sports. We have 2 pets and the fur was getting out of hand. I am giving five stars to Edith and her partner (I apologize that I didn’t catch her name, as the names provided during scheduling were different). They did a fabulous job and paid close attention to the specific areas I requested. I would really like to continue working with them, as I often receive different…
Changing my five star positive review to write: they will text you and ask for a review every time you get a cleaning service, even if you’ve already left one and make them aware youve already left one. If you ignore the message that asks for a review they go back and like their own message so it sends you another…
Great service. Them girls put in the work! Thanks a bunch!
I had a last minute need of a cleaning service and The Mighty Maids answered up. They came within a couple of hours and did a fantastic job. Thank you so much!
Professional and hard working. My kitchen and bathroom look brand new and we only asked for standard clean. Will use again in the future.
The ladies were great. They came got to work and left. The place looked good.
The cleaners can be great, but communication with the company does not always make it to the cleaners, which is incredibly frustrating. You can ask them specifically to ensure a certain room is touched or not touched, and somehow the cleaners are unaware.
Mighty Maids communicates well with reminders for appointments and texting to let me know they are on their way and when they have arrived. There are always two cleaners, who are efficient and do an excellent job. I like that they bring all the cleaning supplies. Highly recommend Mighty Maids.
We had Mighty Maids clean our rental property in Imperial Beach and were extremely happy with the experience. Excellent service! Everything I asked for was done.
I wish I could give an extra star! Luz and Nancy did an amazing job cleaning our home. Mighty maids saved the day. I originally had scheduled another cleaner that I found on yelp and they cancelled on me twice. I called mighty maids told them my situation and informed them I needed a cleaner to come same day. They were here in a few hours, and within less 2 had left my place spotless. I am so glad…
The cleaning is impressive! I highly recommend! It has been the little touches that I appreciate the most from the pillows on my couch being arranged to arranging items on all the different table spaces in a decorative way. When I get home from work it feels like walking into a fancy resort.
