Before we found The Nanny Consultant, backup care was very difficult to find and manage - and effectively impossible on short notice. We rarely need backups now but when we do, it’s as simple as texting Kyla and letting her handle the logistics. My wife and I both hugely appreciate how much stress has been lifted by having a reliable partner we can contact when our nanny is out sick or we need extra help on the weekends.

Kyla is amazing, I have been a nanny for years now and have never felt so protected and taken care of. I was with a family before this and I was definitely taken advantage of and it just doesn’t happen with Kyla because she is so thorough. From start to finish she was always there to answer any questions I had, even if she was busy. If you are looking for an agency that has your best interest at heart you won’t be disappointed in this agency!!! Thank you Kyla for making sure this family and I were a good match, it’s been an amazing 5 months with them. You definitely set us all up for success!

Kyla has been fantastic to work with, and I’m so grateful to her for helping me find a wonderful family to work with over the summer. As a nanny, she makes the process easy and supportive. I always felt comfortable being honest about whether a position felt like the right fit, and Kyla was incredibly understanding because her priority is finding the right match rather than simply filling a role.
For parents, she is also very thorough in her screening process. She asks thoughtful, detailed questions, takes the time to really get to know each nanny, and speaks with references personally.

What stood out most was her genuine kindness. Not only did she find us an amazing long-term nanny, but she also went out of her way to secure temporary coverage until our start date! She even went above and beyond when I misunderstood a part of our contract, finding a solution that worked for all of us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
