Hello Rosy, I’m not sure when you called as I was on vacation but you must have spoken to the answering service. I did not see a message or an email from you. I will look into it. Would you have left it under another name or email? In the meantime, this was definitely not done on purpose. Our policy is to call someone the same time and if we can’t call at that time we call to schedule. I am going to take a look in our system today to see what I can find out.
