We recently reached out to Grant for help with our Chihuahua-Pug mix, Karl. Karl is incredibly sweet and loving with our family, but he struggles with excessive barking and anxiety around strangers. After a recent incident involving a houseguest, we realized it was time to seek professional guidance to help both Karl and ourselves. From our very first phone call, Grant was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took his time listening to our concerns, explaining behaviors, and offering thoughtful, practical guidance without making us feel overwhelmed or judged. One of my biggest takeaways was realizing that much of this process involves retraining myself just as much as training Karl! As intimidating as that initially felt, Grant somehow managed to convince me that you really can teach an old dog new tricks (and by old dog, I mean me!). I went into our introductory call feeling worried and uncertain, but I walked away feeling encouraged, supported, and genuinely hopeful. Grant helped me see that while this journey will take time, patience, and consistency, it is absolutely something we can work toward. We're only at the beginning of this process, but I'm already feeling excited about what lies ahead. More than anything, I want Karl to feel comfortable and secure so we can all enjoy life together with a little more peace and a lot less barking! I'm so grateful for Grant's kindness, patience, and guidance. He has already made what felt like an impossible task seem manageable, and I look forward to continuing this journey with his support!

Grant has been a lifesaver in training our dog Enzo (8 month old puppy). We are first time dog owners and Grant is so patient and supportive, he has endless information to offer and is able to share it in a way that is accessible to us, sets us up for success and is encouraging and supportive along the way. We have done two sessions with Grant, he comes to our house and is helping us work towards Enzo being fully trained off leash. We see such a difference in our ability to train and Enzo's ability to follow commands after sessions with Grant. He also offers so much support between sessions, always available to answer our questions and watch videos of what we are up to and offer support and corrections. We always feel more confident in our dog ownership when he leaves and like we can be really good dog parents! Grant was recommended to us by others and we 10000% would recommend him to anyone who wants support with their dog!
