I would not recommend working with this company based on my experience. In particular, my interactions with Penny Lagis were disappointing. I found her to be unprofessional, impatient, and dismissive when I asked legitimate questions as a client. Throughout the process, it often felt as though my concerns were not being taken seriously, and there were instances where communication became confrontational rather than helpful. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask questions and expect respectful, professional responses. Additionally, I observed behavior that I felt was inappropriate in a professional setting, including smoking in front of clients. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for customer service, professionalism, or client support.

Everybody has their own problems in life. Nez will make sure that business with him will not become one. His professionalism and integrity all made things life so much easier and he ensured everything went smoothly. A great person and fantastic professional who I highly recommend!

One Street Company is a true gem. Ive had the pleasure of working with them for almost 3 years. When barriers came up they worked through them. When I felt like giving up they called me and said ok let's try this again. Melanie and the team explained the process as many times as needed. They listened to what I was looking for and thought of things that I didnt think of that would be beneficial. Melanie was not just trying to sell me anything but looked out for possible issues that would not benefit my family financially or safety wise. This process was tedious but I finally closed on a home and hopefully this is my forever home and I dont have to go through this process again LOL. BUT if for some reason I do, One Street is who I would call first.
