Google reviewers praise The Painted Paw Dog Spa for thorough grooming services, including de-shedding and nail care, noting that pets often appear calm and happy after visits. Customers frequently highlight the staff's patience with anxious dogs and their ability to accommodate special needs. However, a minority of low-star reviews criticize the business for a lack of clear communication regarding price increases and last-minute appointment cancellations without adequate notice.

The groomers here take great care of our Abby!! She’s kinda wiggly and very vocal but they don’t seem to mind at all!!
Thank you so much Teresa! Abby is a sweet girl 😊
They do a wonderful job and my dogs are excited and happy to go back. I am very pleased with their work and will continue to bring them back.
Thank you so much Nilda! Biscuit and Loki are a pleasure to have in the spa, and we cannot wait to see them both again in a few weeks 😊
Could not be happier with the services me and my baby son received today 5/5 from the welcome to picking him up SHOUTOUT TO HAVEN
Thank you so much Tyler! It was a pleasure having Slinky in for a spa day today 😊
I have been taking Ollie here since I moved to Oklahoma & they exceed my expectations every time. Ollie always seems so happy & calm after pick up & the girls are so nice it makes me feel really comfortable leaving Ollie w them for hours. His grooming appointments last because of the amazing job they do. 10/10!!!! 100% recommend to everyone :) <3
Thank you so much Scarlett! Ollie is a chatterbox and we love having him in and getting him all fresh 😊
Chloe absolutely loves going here. Coming from her last grooming facility Chloe was always shaking and you could just tell she was scared. Here, she can’t get inside of the door fast enough, we feel very comfortable and happy that she enjoys it here. We would highly recommend The Painted Paw to anyone looking for a place where their pets are treated with care, patience, and love
Miss Chloe is a sweet angel! She is a pleasure to have in the spa 😊
Ellis is exceptional! She always does a wonderful job with my dogs, and it’s clear that she genuinely loves and cares for every dog that comes into her shop. She trimmed and dremeled all three of my dogs’ nails, which was especially impressive because most other places only clip them—and often charge extra for dremeling. My dogs absolutely hate being groomed, so I was amazed at how well she handled them. I highly recommend Ellis to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their pets and does an amazing job!
Thank you so much Miranda! I was very proud of how well they all did and cannot wait for more Beau cuddles soon ❤️
The Painted Paw Dog Spa is absolutely the best! They always take such wonderful care of my Shichon, Sam, and he comes home looking so handsome, soft, and happy after every visit. The staff are kind, professional, and seem to truly love the dogs they care for. I highly recommend Painted Paw Dog Spa to anyone looking for exceptional grooming and loving care for their furry family member. Thank you for taking such great care of Sam!
Thank you Doris! Sam is a gorgeous little ball of fluff and we do enjoy making him beautiful ❤️
I have been bringing our doodle here for YEARS. She’s scared of her own shadow most days but is always excited to head to the groomer! The extra love & care they take it so obvious. They are awesome to communicate if they need to take more off or change the plan from when I dropped her off. I’ve been able to keep her long and fluffy far more than I ever expected just from all the help. It’s always scary to drop your baby off but Lady LOVES her spa days.
Lady has the most beautiful coat and we adore getting to fluff her out 😍 Thank you for always trusting us with her groom!
Painted Paw Dog Spa is fabulous! They always take great care of my pups!
Thank you so much Kate! Hoss and Harley are always a pleasure and we do enjoy giving them a good deshed 😊
Took my pup here for the first time and I’m impressed. Ellis made the check in process smooth and listened to all of our concerns. Jaxon looks amazing and loves his cut.
Thank you so much Maranta! Jaxon is an angel and we do enjoy pampering him 😊
