The Palms Day Spa holds a 4.9 rating from 41 Google reviews, with the owner responding to 29 percent of them. Customers frequently praise the clean, relaxing atmosphere, sound machines, and complimentary snacks, while highlighting specific services like deep tissue massages, facials, body scrubs, and waxing. Reviewers often note the staff's punctuality, communication skills, and ability to address specific physical pain or skin concerns effectively. A recurring criticism in low-star feedback involves the lack of a reception desk, unanswered phone calls, and the absence of exterior signage, which made locating the business difficult for some visitors.

I had a great experience! Josh did an excellent job on the deep tissue massage. Their building/rooms were very clean and relaxing. I especially appreciated the sound machines around the building that also added extra relaxation!
Moved here for a couple months, needed somewhere to get monthly facials. Courtney made me feel comfortable immediately and we discussed a plan for my skin and what I wanted to achieve with a facial. She was great at explaining and educating me about different products. She uses Eminence products here, which I do love. Facial was super relaxing! My skin feels refreshed and glowy. I can't wait for my next one. Thank you Courtney. 🥰🥰

We miss you, Kassandra! 🤍🤍
I took my wife for a couples massage, body scrub, and facial as a package for our anniversary. We've done this at several places over the years and at some high end resorts. The Palms was better than all of those and at a fraction of the cost! We will definitely come back!

My husband surprised me with a spa day here and Courtney did an amazing facial, such a genuine, sweet person. I ended with a massage and body scrub with Tiffany. Also such a great person. They provided a drink and charcuterie snack plate. Highly recommend!
