Our dogs LOVE The Pampered Pooch-they get sooo excited when we make the turn to go there! The staff is so good with all our dogs. They know each dog's unique needs and personality. When our oldest dog developed arthritis they took care to give his meds and keep him safe. It's a comfort to know our dogs are happy and cared for when we have to leave them.

Have had nothing but a great experience with the team at Pampered Pooch! They have been so great with our anxious Poppy girl. Even in this crazy heat they have a 1,500 sq ft air conditioned area for the dogs to play! This place is the best! Highly recommend!!

A loyal customer of 3 years. They treat us like family. We couldn’t be more grateful for their care. Highly recommend this place. Our dog Arthur is always exhausted after a day at daycare.
Price assessment: Great price

My dogs love this place! It’s like they get to go to sleep away camp while we vacation! We have been bringing our dogs here for many years. They have been so kind and loving to older dogs and new ones! We also love getting to look on Facebook for photos of our dogs every day while they are there. We are so thankful for having a wonderful & safe place to bring our fur babies!

We have used Pampered Pooch numerous times over the past few years and have always found them to be excellent. They are thorough, efficient and clean. The entire staff seems to love dogs and appears to thoroughly enjoy their work. Calls and inquiries (via voice mails or texts) are answered promptly, which to me is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other kennels I have encountered in the area. The farm-like settling in a rural area makes it especially appealing. I also like the concise, easy-to-read instructions on their webpage. I special thanks to Johnna who is our go-to person when we have questions. She quickly responds to all questions (Sunday late nights, etc!). Great place!!!

I have taken my 5 year old Yorkiepoo to doggie daycare at the Pampered Pooch since she was 13 weeks old. I can’t say enough positive things about the experiences we have had over the years. She absolutely loves going and when I take her in, she reaches for the staff (no exaggeration). They are so caring and kind. I am very grateful to Johnna and the rest of the PP team for all they do and the love they show my baby! 🐶 🐾💕

We have 2 Golden Retrievers, one 5 1/2 years old & the other 3 1/2 years old & have been using Pampered Pooch for daycare & boarding as needed as long as we have had the older dog. When we started they gave us a tour of the facilities & liked what we saw. We really like the staff & the way drop off & pick up works. Besides my wife & I liking PP, the 2 GR boys love going there. As I turn off Nolensville Road onto Bluff Road, they both stand up in the back seats & poke their smiling faces between the front seats in excitement to know where they are headed. And yes. our Golden Retrievers smile. I mentioned a few days ago to Johanna that we will be moving to Spring Hill. She meant they would miss our 2 boys, but I immediately told her no way, that we like PP & our boys love coming to PP, so we will continue using their great service from our new home in Spring Hill. We truly enjoy the facilities & dog friendly service at Pampered Pooch. I always feel our 2 boys are their favorites. But I see them handling other dogs at drop off & pick up & it’s the same great service.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have 2 dogs that LOVE this place. They always seem sad to leave when I get them but also tuckered out from having so much fun. Pampered pooch is really strict on dogs having their vaccines up to date which I really appreciate. The staff love on my boys before I take them home after day care and I can tell they really like the people there. We’ve boarded here a few times as well and they get spoiled with that in the best way. Love this place and appreciate the people that work here!
