**BEWARE — I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM** This was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had dealing with a professional firm. Communication was poor, follow-through was disappointing, and I constantly felt like I had to chase them just to get basic information about what was happening. What bothered me most was the difference between the level of attention I expected when becoming a client and the level of service I actually received afterward. When you hire a law firm, you're trusting professionals to handle something important to you. Instead, I was left feeling like my matter was simply another file sitting on someone's desk. Calls and messages should not require repeated follow-ups. Clients should not have to wonder what is happening with their own case. Basic communication should not feel like something you have to fight to receive. I understand that attorneys are busy and cases take time. That wasn't my issue. My issue was the overall lack of communication, responsiveness, and confidence their handling of the matter gave me. **BEWARE BEFORE HIRING THIS FIRM.** Based on my personal experience, I would not use them again and cannot recommend them. I strongly suggest asking detailed questions upfront about who will actually handle your matter, how frequently you can expect updates, and how quickly they respond to clients.

This is for the paris law firm aka Ms Helene she is a Rockstar She was truly there for me when I called she answered when I had questions she answered when I didnt know anything she explained and I was able to understand i never went without not knowing what was going on and tha was important to me I can go on and on but I gotta go spend some money thanks to the perris law firm but if you need help or your nervous about calling please dont, go ahead and call the paris law firm and I promise they will take care of you they will help you out and there super cool
