The Party PROs were exactly that -- total pros! They supported us with rentals for our wedding and made it such a seamless process. Their online catalog was easy to browse and build a quote, and their sales staff was so communicative in answering any questions we had along the way. They were by far the most high-quality, budget-friendly option I found in my search for rentals in the Portland area. I appreciate their communication and follow-through to accommodate our special day.

I put in a quote for an event that we’re hosting for this weekend. When I submitted it, it said that someone will reach out to me in 24-48 hours. I think you can tell where this post is going….well they didn’t. I had to follow up with them twice….they finally got their shit together and called me back today just to tell me that they are all booked for this weekend…so frustrating….

What other vendor has such great business and customer needs in mind that they can recommend a competitor with better location??? I was looking to rent 26 chairs for a small wedding, and when I mentioned we couldn't find a Portland based vendor with will-call, they recommended someone who does, saving us 2 hours of unnecessary commute! For my SW Portland/Washington county friends, I will be 10000% be sending them to Party Pros. Fair pricing, super helpful and friendly staffing, customer minded with excellent reviews... keep up the great work!

we had the best experience working with Party Pros. Our dance floor was amazing and the coordination process was great. We opted for pick up and would highly recommend having them deliver and set up. As a small non-profit, we needed to scale down but their team is amazing
