My brother is vegan, and she prepared a separate meal specifically for him so he could enjoy the experience as well. Chef Lexx was timely, professional, organized, and efficient from start to finish. With 24-hours notice, Chef curated a menu for celebrity clientele, flew to NY from Miami and brought with her an entire bag of special items to make a jaw-dropping tablescape. Being mindful of pescatarian dietary preferences, we enjoyed a multi course meal that left guests asking how soon she could be booked to travel to NY once again! Do not hesitate to book TPCE Miami and Chef Lexx no matter where you are!

Everything we saw on Instagram fit the profile, look and service we needed! After speaking with Chef Lexx, I knew it was a done deal and I was securing her for my 40th birthday celebration. If anyone knows me well enough you know I’m picky but I also want the best for my guests (with in budget of course). Lexx made it happen! Everything came out beautiful and perfect! I couldn’t have imagined it any better! I literally had tears! Thank you, Chef Lexx and The Private Chef Experience Miami, for making my 40th birthday so memorable and special.
