My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Prizing House in Cynthiana, KY and the way they cared for our family during my mother’s celebration of life. During one of the most difficult and emotional times in our lives, they went above and beyond to make the evening absolutely beautiful and incredibly special. My mom had always said that when her time came, she wanted people to celebrate her life, have a drink, listen to music, dance, laugh, and enjoy being together. My dad wanted everyone to be able to sit down together, talk and enjoy a good meal. Somehow, The Prizing House brought both of those wishes together perfectly. We had the most beautiful evening celebrating my mom exactly the way she wanted. We shared a wonderful meal, enjoyed our cocktails, listened to music, danced, laughed, cried, and told stories. It truly felt like a celebration of her life rather than simply saying goodbye. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. The Prizing House provided the perfect atmosphere, but what meant even more was the kindness and genuine care they showed our family. They understood that this wasn’t just another event. They were thoughtful, accommodating, and helped take so much stress off of our shoulders during an incredibly difficult time. We will forever be grateful to The Prizing House for helping us honor our mom in such a beautiful and meaningful way. She wanted a cocktail party and dancing, Dad wanted a meal, and The Prizing House gave us both—and made it absolutely wonderful. ❤️ If you are looking for a beautiful venue and people who truly care about making your event special, I cannot recommend The Prizing House enough. We went there for a large family celebration. The food was great, the area was spacious and very clean with many areas to sit and socialize. The service was wonderful and personal. The owner was willing to show us around the beautiful restored Prizing house. We look forward to our next event at this venue.

We were guests at an event here and the venue is gorgeous. The space feels very elevated, yet inviting. The food was FANTASTIC. The decorative touches are very impressive, from the gold chandeliers to the many cozy seating areas. If I ever find myself needing an event space, this will be the first place I call.
Had a great time at an event here recently. The vibe was exactly what we wanted. Pictures were great and the service was phenomenal. Nell Anne really treats you like you’re family.

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Prizing House and especially Leng! From the very beginning, she made our wedding planning experience so easy and stress-free. She took so much weight off my shoulders and truly cared about making sure every detail was perfect. Our wedding day was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. Everything was absolutely flawless, and the venue itself was breathtaking. Every detail came together perfectly, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Leng went above and beyond in every way. She was kind, organized, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly so that my husband and I could simply enjoy our wedding day. Because of her and everyone at The Prizing House, we were able to focus on making memories instead of worrying about the details. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I recommend The Prizing House with my whole heart. They made our dream wedding become a reality, and I will forever be grateful for everything they did for us. We cannot thank this venue and their entire team enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the very beginning they made the entire process stress-free, answered every question we had, and went far beyond what we ever expected. Their prices were very affordable, especially for the level of service they provide. One thing that truly showed their heart was when our wedding cake was accidentally damaged during transportation. Instead of letting us panic, they stepped in, worked their magic, and transformed it into something beautiful. My wife was so relieved, and it honestly meant the world to us. They genuinely cared about making our day special and made sure every detail was taken care of. They made my wife’s dream wedding come true, and we will never forget everything they did for us.
