I’ve had several treatments, including the Duo treatments and Radiesse, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience! While the treatments themselves aren’t always the most comfortable (lol), Des makes the entire process so much better. She is incredibly meticulous, thorough, and professional, taking the time to explain each step and ensure I feel informed and comfortable. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she has such a pleasant, reassuring demeanor. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her and the Refresh Room!

I absolutely love The Refresh Room! Sam did my microneedling, and she is always so knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely helpful. She takes the time to explain everything, recommends products based on my skin’s needs, and gives me great advice on how to get the best possible results from my treatments. I never feel like she’s just trying to sell me something, which I really appreciate!
The front desk staff is always so sweet, welcoming, and helpful too! Such a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Sam and The Refresh Room! 🤍

This is the 1st time going to this place and it was truly nice to have a place with such great customer service. The person who attended me was very nice and talked me through all their services without any pressure. Definitely coming back!

Desirae is the bestest ever! I just started going in for lip flips and trap tox and I feel so welcomed and taken care of every time! Desirae is so sweet and personable, she makes me feel like i’m talking to my best friend. 🥰 Overall I’d say the hardest part is waiting for your results but when they come, I always love how they turn out! 💕

I love the Refresh Room! Both Paige and Desirae are highly skilled and they listen and work with you to achieve the results you desire. I have been going there for several yrs and they’ve helped me to maintain a lovely, natural appearance. Never overdone… just a younger, fresher version of yourself and no matter your age… who doesn’t want that? :)

I go to Desirae for tox, radiesse and lip filler. Not only is she a sweetheart as a human, but she does an incredible job keeping my face looking natural and refreshed as opposed to obvious and fake looking. From day one she has been both a professional and a friend, and is always trying to help me find a good price because as a teacher I have to maintain a strict budget. I will only go to her for these treatments. I also have gone to Sam for a facial and she brings the same kind of sweet energy, and is equally knowledgeable about how to keep the skin healthy and youthful. If you are interested in these kinds of services, this is the place to go.
