Great friendly staff that welcomes you! Kind enough to explain everything needed with the walk behind to avoid any damage from misuse. I did have the machine rented for the entire day. I was able to get my job done in a few hours. Returned the machine and the only charged me for 4 hours not the entire day. How awesome is that?!?! Again 10/10 experience from customer service, to the machines, to the return. Thank you rental branch for kind staff and nice equipment!

Skidsteer had little tread on the tracks, as well as the hydraulic system wouldnt hold pressure. We went to go check on the other available skids and the 1 on the company property had less tread. TRB needs to maintain equipment a little better. No interest in returning here for future rentals.

We frequent The Rental Branch often. Good equipment, great service, nice value. 👍 They also partner with U-Haul. If you happen to be looking for cargo support, you can make a reservation here.

Save your time and money. The audacity of this place to give you an excavator that can't turn and has a list of general issues costing more time and money. Go somewhere that respects their machines and customers.

A friend of mine rented a U-Haul to move across state from this location, and I would absolutely come back here again. The staff was polite and pleasant and went out of their way to help us with some of the difficulties that we could not have expected, but still encountered.

I rented a U-Haul trailer here. The man helping me was so kind. He was patient with me when I changed my mind, swept the trailer before I took it and was quick to hook it up.
