We’ve had an incredible experience. My son has been taking drum lessons here for a few weeks now, and the progress we've seen is amazing. His instructor, David, is exceptionally patient, encouraging, and skilled at breaking down things into manageable steps. The lessons are always engaging, and the studio maintains a wonderful, supportive environment. They work tirelessly to tailor to my son’s interests which keeps him engaged. I highly recommend them to any student or family looking to learn or sharpen their skills! Robyn and her staff are extremely personable and talented. There’s so much being offered even beyond scheduled lessons that you can take advantage of, this is definitely a great place to be if you’re passionate about music.

Robyn is a fantastic vocal coach and I'm very glad that I chose to start lessons at RMA. I've been going for almost 3 months now and I feel the growth in my voice has been tremendous. Even after the first lesson I could really tell a difference in my control and tone. Not to mention the absolute boost in confidence from her which has been a huge help in improving. It is an incredibly welcoming environment that really feels like you're at home. Every time I walk in I just feel at peace and like I'm where I'm supposed to be. Robyn has also been very helpful at pushing my music closer to what I have envisioned as well as being very encouraging to keep working at it. I got to do the student performance this summer which was a transformative experience. I was able to feel what it's like to play in front of a sizeable group of people for the first time. It's a feeling unlike any other that really brings out the best of your ability. I was then able to bring that feeling into my practice at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! If you want someone who cares about your talent and music as much you do, this is the place for you. It has become one of my favorite places to be. Whether I'm in the actual lesson learning or just hanging out warming up beforehand it is an absolute joy to be there. I look forward to spending more time there growing my musical abilities alongside the best vocal teacher anyone could have.

We LOVE RMA!!! ❤️ Robin is absolutely amazing, and the entire place has such a fantastic energy. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. It’s so much more than just lessons—it feels like a whole community of creative, open-minded, and amazing people. We honestly weren’t sure we’d be able to afford to join, but Robin was so understanding and worked with us on the price so we could make it happen. That meant so much to us, and we’re incredibly grateful she made it possible. If you’re looking for more than just music lessons and want to be part of a truly wonderful community, we can’t recommend RMA enough! 🎸🖤🤘

The rock and metal academy has helped me grow so much as a musician. I’ve gained so much confidence through the concerts and performances! The academy is such a supportive place and makes everyone feel so welcome and included!

I have been volunteering with my girlfriend who is very involved with the Academy helping with set up and tear down at concerts and other events and it has been nothing but positive. The way everyone rallies together to help each other out is amazing. Students encourage each other, support each other on and off stage, and help each other with anything they are struggling with. I am now in the metal vocals class and theater class and it's so fun and inviting! I've made great friends and am excited to continue learning.
