This is a very professional company. The way Kristen explained the process was extremely simple to understand. She answered all the questions we had in easy to understand terms. The help we received with the program was simple and straightforward. I would and will highly recommend them to all my friends family and neighbors.

We are so grateful to Kristin and team at The Royal Flush Septic for helping us through what was a very stressful and emotional time for our family. We were selling our late mother’s home while a septic replacement was being completed through a county grant, and there were quite a few delays and hurdles with the county and grant process. Kristin and the team at The Royal Flush Septic were incredibly patient, responsive, and persistent in following up and working with both us and the buyer to keep everything moving. Their help and willingness to stay on top of the process made a difficult situation much easier for us. We truly appreciate everything they did to help get the project across the finish line and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing septic work!

Royal Flush Septic is fantastic! They provide super-fast inspections at reasonable prices, respond quickly, and deliver inspection reports with an impressively fast turnaround. They also do an excellent job installing new septic systems. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with—I highly recommend them!

well i must say they all may everything east and did a wonderful job. they were more then accomodating and finished on time. Cannt say enough about this company from pricing to there freindly smiles.
Be careful what you signing and read every detail. Our situation was a challenging one as our realtor suggested we reach out to have our drainfield replaced. We had just gone under contract so they were willing to do the work. Unfortunately the deal fell through and the next to as well. I contacted Royal Flush and kept them updated continuously but that didn’t matter. They charged us almost 2k for fees on top of our bill. Our other vendors understood the situation and were fair but not Royal Flush. I would not recommend doing business with them. as there are many other companies out there. FYI-I reached out to them regarding this and they ignored me and no response. Sad that when you give a local, small company to give them business they won’t budge.
We are sorry that you feel this way. As a small company, our contracts do protect us in cases that are like your own. Due to the fact that the work was completed in February and we have not yet been paid, there are additional fees listed in our contract due to failure of payment and lien requirement action that was taken place.
We used Royal Flush Septic about a month ago and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were responsive, professional, and made the entire process easy. It is clear they take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable septic service.
