The Ruff House Stay & Play at Bayside

The ladies at the front desk were super sweet along with the lady who took my (very anxious) dog. Super clean and very cute inside. My dog came back happy as ever. They also gave him a bath and he came back smelling very nice. Very satisfied with my choice of dog boarding and grooming

We needed a safe and loving place for our dogs. They are kinda grumpy and fearful at times. We got them back after being there for almost a week happy and kinda sad to be going home🤩. When I leave my fur baby at the Ruff House Daycare, I walk away feeling that she gets the attention and care that she deserves. All of the staff are pleasant and kind. I greatly enjoy the views/pics that I receive daily and am able to share them with family and friends. Thanks for taking good care of my baby.

I’ve never boarded my pup before and did a test day today to see how he’d do before we board him a week. They did so well with him and reassuring me! So greatful to find a place to take him!

The staff was friendly, communicative, and flexible during Koah’s stay, but unfortunately the level of care did not meet our expectations. I have been bringing my dogs here for 8 years for doggy day care, boarding AND to get groomed. It keeps getting better and better. They have been more than kind and know my dogs by name which is a huge deal to me because they have so many clients. They go above and beyond and I trust them completely. We are so lucky to have them here.

10/10. They took such great care of my dog. Jax came back clean and in good health. He didnt seem overwhelmed at all. I got to see pics of his stay and call whenever to check on him. I was so nervous because this was my first "baby" and they took phenomenal care of my Jax for 5 days! Thanks so much!! Also price was 10/10 as well! Not too expensive at all!

My two dogs stayed here when I had to find a kennel while we were at the Outer Banks for a week. I really like being able to book activities and 'room service' treats online, and that they could share an outdoor space. Everything went well

I boarded my dog and cat here and they were very, very well taken care of. My dog has anxiety and separation anxiety and he was happy the whole weekend. I can't thank you enough for taking care of my sweet pets.

Always excellent service. They have taken wonderful care of our pups over the years and gave extra special care to Lola when we lost Max recently.

All employees are great and willing to help. Lillie stayed for the day & loved it & definitely taken her back for the day. Socializing helps her a lot

First time here, check-in and out very efficient. Place was clean and friendly. When I picked up Penny today she showed no signs of stress and that she enjoyed her time here.

Great customer service. The dog area smelled fresh and very clean. Love the dual rooms that allow the dog to go outside within his caged area as he /she pleases. Will definitely board my dog again at the Ruff House.

They take great care of your family/pet. We never worry about our dog while she's there. They call if there is any question. Our dog loves the staff. She is happy to see them and goes right back with them.
