I have enjoyed the Sewing Studio for over 25 years.I have purchased several machines, had machine service, taken classes and bought beautiful fabric. They are the best at what they do. They will always be there to help in any way. Kathryn has been especially helpful and very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

I took my baby look for a cleaning and oiling paid 139.oo when I brought it home sticking is very loose and knots up, and makes weird cranking noise. It was in great working condition when I took it in. I regret taking it there now I no longer use it. And I am afraid of taking elswhere

Hello Herodina, I see you brought your serger in 3 months ago and we replaced a broken part (chaining tongue). After we replaced the part and completed a service we threaded and stitched it off (as we do all services). The "stitch off" is under the presser foot for you to review upon pickup. If you are experiencing an issue please come back in so we can take care of it.
