We contacted The Sheridan Company from the Philippines. A Apostille is called "legal capacity" in the Philippines and is required to apply for a marriage between a USA male and a philipina.
The Sheridan Company was prompt, courteous and reliable. True professional in every aspect.

Very knowledgeable and professional individual with a calm demeanor in a comfortable office space. I would highly recommend any services from Yohana where any attention to details matter. I purchased her fingerprinting services and was satisfied with how quickly she was able to walk me through each step without any mistakes; while also kindly engaging my chit chat about her work. Her texts did get sent to my unknown numbers inbox which I don’t get notifications for, so make sure to check that if you’re waiting on a text from her! I was confused at first when I didn’t see the texts I was waiting on.
