I took my car there a couple of months ago to get my brakes changed. There’s usually a pretty long wait, but I didn’t mind. I was told there were some serious issues with my car regarding the brakes, rotors, tire rod, etc. The quote to fix the whole thing was around $5000 (not complaining about that as I know my car wasn’t in itself best shape). I couldn’t afford that at the moment, so I paid for the brakes, rotors, tires, rod, and transmission fluid change for around $1800.
Recently, my car was moving as though there was an issue with my brakes, which was really weird since I had just gotten them changed. I debated calling the store but found my receipt and saw that the brake job was listed in the invoice so I thought the other issues were finally catching up to me. I brought it in to my regular mechanic and they had told me that when the brake job was completed, my rear brakes weren’t lubricated like they were supposed to be and now they and my rotors are damaged. I now have to pay an additional $300 to get that fixed.
The customer service was nice and the people were very friendly. I’m not too familiar with car maintenance so I’m not sure where the fault truly lies. It’s just really frustrating to have to fix an issue that I already thought was fixed

so you're taking really good care of your engine. you make sure you have plenty of fluids all the time. it's chain oil has changed every 6 months and then one day you go to open your door and the door handle no longer works from the inside. I take it to my favorite mechanic to Jacob and the shop. and after a long period of discussion they decide they couldn't fix it then. Jason stepped forward in the Superman cave and said wait. I've got this and he did so. thank you Jason and thank the shop. you guys always rock. you're awesome! you figure out a way to do it and that's what being a good mechanic shop that I can go to and get issues resolved is all about. so again thank you Jacob for having the shop. thank you Jason for being in the shop and Isaac. you're off brother. thank you

Genuinely the best repair shop I've ever been to. Both the staff and the owner walked me through everything, showed me exactly what the issue was and even saved me some money. Very professional and transparent. They inspected, diagnosed and repaired my car all in the same appointment. Can't say enough good things about my experience at the shop. I will use them for all my future services. 10/10 recommend.

If you're in need of a trustworthy shop for repair and maintenance, you have to check out this gem! I originally came to The Shop because the dealership recommended I buy a new car and I was skeptical because I was the only owner, regularly maintenanced the car through them and besides the random noise that I was experiencing, everything seemed to function properly. The Shop got me in same day for a diagnostic test, worked on my vehicle, and had the service completed within 24 hours. Since then my vehicle has performed well without any issues. I've returned for regular maintenance; every single time I'm in awe of their availability, expertise, affordability, and great customer service. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

Jacob and the shop team were prompt and helpful. Highly recommend the shop as a reliable and transparent mechanic.
I dropped my car off to get full synethic oil change ($49.95) and fix suspension on my car. They gave my car a full courtesy inspection so I could decide if I wanted to do any other maintenance work with no pressure. I've also had them do a full brake job on my car in the past and had a great experience!
