It has been delightful to work with the team at The Staging Company. Emily and Alyssa have been responsive from the beginning of this process. The particular listing that I am referring to is a 12,000sf property, an incredible, French inspired masterpiece, and the staging truly highlights and elevates the space in a truly beautiful and special way. The Staging Company staged an empty home that I had listed . The market has slowed and I was worried this home would sit on the market. The staging company was in and out in a few hours and completely transformed the home! We went under contract in a few weeks and I highly recommend this company if you want fast results!

We are SO pleased with the staging in our house! It really adds dimension back to the rooms and should give potential buyers a much better feeling for what is possible versus the empty rooms we had. Pretty good. I'd leave a 3.5 if I could. I have a somewhat middle of the road tier condo listing ($400K) and I employed them for an "essentials" package. They weren't playin when they said "essentials." Was my first time working with them, or any staging co. for that matter...they were easy to work with but didn't really offer much wiggle room on dates or flexibility on modifications....I feel like some time was wasted there. The living area and master bed look great, but the secondary bedroom, baths, and kitchen area are super thin on the furnishings. I was disappointed about that. Part of it I blame on my own ignorance, but I was definitely not blown away.

The staging company is wonderful! I had a listing that had been on the market for months before using them. Put it fresh on the market with their beautiful staging & photos and had A LOT of traffic and went under contract in less than 2 weeks. They made the home really stand out! I know if we did not stage, we would still be on the market. It was so easy to pay, as well. The payment came out of the closing costs at closing. They were professional & made it all easy. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

The Staging Company had the best price and terms out of all the companies I compared, but their service was also top notch. My coordinator, Emily, went above and beyond to personalize our home staging and get it done as quickly as possible. It came out awesome! We had multiple offers immediately after the staging was complete (after it sat on the market for over 30 days vacant with no offers, but plenty of traffic).

Staging looked beautiful. Movers and decorators were super professional. The house had been sitting on the market with complaints about the size of the home and about road noise. We went under contract with multiple offers, shortly after staging!
