I called this law firm inquiring about some of my concerns regarding arbitration. However, I was highly disappointed with my experience during the phone call. The owner & attorney of this establishment, was very sarcastic and did not take the time to clearly explain my options or provide guidance. Instead, he quickly stated that he could not take my case and was not suited to represent me and immediately hung up in my face after asking for assistance. This was very unprofessional and highly dismissive. I am already in a stressful situation and his unhelpful attitude, response and behavior truly made matters worse. I left the phone call feeling not only frustrated but pessimistic, doubtful and anxious. If you’re looking for someone to inform you on sensitive matters, or show support and empathy, this is not the place for you!

Richard assisted C.E. Shepherd with a claim for monies owed in Georgia. When the contractor was unable to pay, Richard researched the issues and made a claim against the municipality, asserting its liability for failure to obtain a payment bond.
