Sam is, hands down, THE BEST stylist/colorist I have EVER seen since moving to CO in the early 2000's. The time she takes with me and the level of attention she has with the haircuts she does and the color she applies is nothing short of AMAZING! You are missing out if you don't go to The Style Lounge and see Sam! Super happy!

I had a very frustrating experience with Samantha. When I asked for light layers, she eventually only cut layers on one side. When I pointed out the uneven sides, she refused to check and didn’t even show me the back with a mirror. At checkout, I was overcharged $60 instead of the $45 level rate. The owner gave me a $10 partial refund for the price mistake, but the terrible haircut was left unfixed. I called on Monday to address this, and when I finally spoke to someone, the only solution offered was to go back to Samantha. Samantha called me to offer a fix but completely denied her unprofessional behavior from that day. Because of her lack of accountability, I refuse to go back to her. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service, the salon's refusal to provide a safe alternative solution, and the botched, uneven haircut.
