After walking away from a not-so-great experience with a corporate competitor, we were so happy to find a local and family-run operation to complete our custom closets. Our home was damaged in the Eaton Fire, but James and his family helped us find a silver lining by building us beautiful new closets ready for us to move back in. We did a complete remodel of our house and were in need of a custom closet solution with quality materials to complete the look we wanted. James and Tiffany were the perfect team for job. They explained the details of the different options and materials available to us. Their knowledge and expertise made it so easy for us to choose which options to go with. They were very professional, prompt and came prepared with samples during the consultation. The Tailored Closet of Arcadia installed a custom closet/armoire along an entire wall. It was reasonably priced and turned out beautifully! They worked with us on the design and accommodated our needs. The installers were polite , professional , kept work areas clean, and were finished installing in a few hours.

Before hiring Tailored Closet of Arcadia for my closet in Glendale, I shopped around 3 other places. They were by far the best. James and his family were top notch professionals. They were responsive, thorough and detailed oriented with the design, collaborative in helping me build out my closet and its features, they had the best quality with dovetailed birchwood drawers, and they ensured that the design fit the odd angles and layout of my closet. The best part, was their prices were better than the competitors. James also came out before the install to tape out the design so I can make adjustments to the height and layout. It was clear that it is a passion project for the family from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with my new closet. Definitely recommend going with them!! I wished I did this sooner.

Love this family run business. I was looking for someone local after repainting and ripping out my old closet. I was looking for someone with a great track record of reviews and stumbled across them. Can’t emphasize how great they are! I already had an idea of what I wanted, but James and his wife Tiffany were both great to work with on the design and layout. We brainstormed together and coming up with a layout that suited my needs (my closet being more on the smaller side due to the homes age it was built in). After approval and waiting about two weeks for the materials needed, their son Andrew and his crew showed up to do installation. They spent the time to make sure installation was properly done and fitted to the old walls of the home. The final results were excellent and couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for future projects!
