Edit to my previous review. I have brought six cars here at around $8000 that I have spent at this location. It’s under new ownership. If you are expecting the same level of customer service when Sean and Ben worked there, you can forget it.
Very satisfied customer! Had the 3M paint protection film installed. Looks absolutely perfect. Thanks Shawn!

There was an issue, caused by 3M, with the film installed on East facing windows. Jason at Tint & Trim determined what the issue was and replaced the film, under warranty. No fuss, no muss. Great business and great people!

The work these folks do has always been stellar. We've had them tint all of our vehicles (at least 12) over the past 20 years. In that time, I've only had to bring one back for an adjustment and it was fixed immediately. I've never had any issues with fading, peeling, curling, what have you. The material quality and workmanship is consistently superb.
Response from the owner · a month ago
Chris, thank you so much for this incredible review and, even more importantly, for trusting Tint & Trim Factory with your vehicles for the past 20 years! More than 12 vehicles is pretty amazing, and we truly appreciate your loyalty and continued confidence in our team.
We’ve always believed that quality materials and workmanship should stand the test of time, so hearing about your experience over two decades means a lot to us. Thank you for continuing to choose Tint & Trim Factory—we look forward to taking care of the next one!

Fabulous experience in every way. Normally trying to get something done on my house ends up taking up my whole week if not more. The Tint & Trim Factory has it together.
My job wasn’t complicated, so Ella was able to get the measurements, and bounce an estimate back to me within a couple of hours. She met with me over FaceTime when I had a few moments to make sure we were on the same page about what product I was getting. The installers were exactly on time. They were courteous, clean, and efficient - And very pleasant to deal with. It was an absolute five star experience!

Grover, thank you so much for the incredible review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great experience from start to finish.

Thank you for trusting Tint & Trim Factory with your home. We truly appreciate your business and the five star review!
