Customers frequently praise the efficient service, professional installation quality, and clear communication regarding pricing and scheduling. The business is noted for its friendly atmosphere and willingness to discuss options without pressure. However, some negative reviews highlight specific instances of damage to vehicle interior panels during installation and a policy refusing service for vehicles older than 2014 due to warranty concerns.

Couple things, they will lie to you. 1) My wife and I were told it was going to take 3 hours to do a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it took 2 and a half. 2) he said he'd do the best he could do, he did better - - it's amazing.
Great tint work, perfect customer service, highly recommend – I took my girlfriend’s car in and the work came out perfect. My experience was great. I thought the customer service was super honest and transparent. WOW what a great tint job! I will be sure to recommend this company to all my friends. Will be returning with my Mercedes very soon!
Matthew and Mary are an absolute delight to work with. They are patient, kind and sincere with recommendations. I really appreciated the no pressure, options, payment and scheduling flexibility. I believe the product to be top of the line, seamless installation and insanely fantastic. After he left, I called him asking for estimates on other windows. They're THAT good! Plus it always feels good to support a small business. Thank you so much, I look forward to our next project.
I went to them expecting high quality service on my Mercedes Benz Matthew did a horrible job and didn't clean my windows first just put the tint on over and messed up my door panels and states he never removed them. After telling me he had a difficult time with my car. He returned my car like this. As if I dropped it off like that. 😡 woodgrain on my door too got cracked.. Never ever will I recommend them.
You are a piece of work. I’ve been in business for years well over 10 years. My reviews and all my returning customers know how I take pride in my work and how honest I am with my business. You have frameless doors like I told you we do not removal door panels on those with that being said your WOODGRAIN wouldn’t have been touched by us. To say I put the tint on a dirty glass is laughable. Again read my reviews. I offered for you to come back the next day so we can remove your tint you are not happy with and give you a full refund. And will not be doing business with you again.
Absolutely amazing experience! Matt did a fantastic job tinting my car windows, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! The entire process only took about two hours. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. The whole experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their windows tinted! 😊
