Customers frequently praise the facility's clean, welcoming atmosphere and the staff's knowledge regarding services like facials, injectables, and laser treatments. Recurring themes highlight the team's attentiveness, custom treatment plans, and competitive pricing for memberships. However, several reviews criticize the business for poor communication regarding price changes, membership cancellations, and appointment policies, noting that billing discrepancies and unresponsive customer service caused frustration for some clients.

I can only speak about the Laser Hair Removal treatment. They have done an excellent job and made an uncomfortable process easy. The membership is totally worth it, particularly for larger areas (like legs).
The treatment room has been amazing and a 10/10 experience for me. The building is clean and beautiful. Everyone who works there is very kind. The injectors take their time with their clients and customize the perfect plan for them!
Kaitlyn was amazing and the IV was exactly what I needed on the week between two busy travel weeks.

The Treatment Room is hands down the place to go for skincare and aesthetic treatments. I get my Botox and facials here and have also had CO2 laser done, and I cannot say enough good things about my experiences. When it comes to my face, I’m particular about who I trust, and this team has earned that trust completely. The knowledge and expertise throughout the entire staff really stand out. From the injectors to the professionals performing the skin treatments, everyone knows their stuff and takes the time to explain things, answer questions, and make you feel comfortable and confident in your care. You can tell they have your best interests at heart and truly want you to leave looking and feeling your absolute best. The space itself is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. There’s such a high level of professionalism, but everyone is also warm and personable, which makes every appointment feel comfortable. The attention to detail extends beyond the treatment itself to the aftercare and follow-up. You feel cared for throughout the entire process. I’m so happy with my results and equally impressed by the people behind them. The service, expertise, cleanliness, atmosphere, and care are five stars across the board. This is the kind of place you’re excited to recommend to the people you love because you know they’ll be in great hands. I cannot recommend The Treatment Room enough!
