Poor Customer Service today Lady did not feel like working or something. She said nothing was working in that store. I couldn’t print anything. She said the email was down. She told me that they did not ship to PO Box

I only visit this location when absolutely necessary. But every time I visit I met with frowning faces and attitudes. All the women in there, black and white don’t seem happy to assist customers. And when they do it, it’s always with snappiness. Never fails. I don’t recommend.

This is the best UPS store in the area! Service is always friendly, prompt and supportive. Shout out to the amazing staff there: Chundra, Sabrina, Chassity, Hayley and JT! This is the store that officially printed our movie poster for our PBS film "WeOnFyre Cypher", which is prominently on display at the Georgia Public Broadcasting headquarters in Atlanta--quality is amazing! We never forget the people that support, show love, and do amazing work--you never know who you might help!

Sabrina is amazing. She gave me very good shipping education that I did not know about with UPS, as a result her shipping recommendation was not only better but it saved me money as well. As busy as this location gets to still receive this detailed level of service is why customers return. Thank you, this is now my preferred location.
