The excellent customer service from the employees. Short wait time. Everyone it's kind and patient. The store is actually very clean and great parking. Easy to get in and out the store. Easy to load into the store. Everything i need for returns as well.

Unknowledgeable notary. Giving conflicting information. One employee notarized the document but the manager refused to notarize the doc when I was in dire need. Never going here again

The best experience I have ever has at a mailing/package store. They can the staff took the time to make sure my items were wrapped perfectly, it was unbelievable!

They are always friendly and you never have to wait very long. One time I was having issues finding the QR code to return my items and they were so very patient and didn't make me feel bad. Not feeling rushed made the situation so much better.
