Stopped in to get some documents notarized and witnessed. Jedi and his team took care of me. Very professional, courteous and very helpful. While i was there, there was a continuous flow of customers. They treated all the customers courteously and efficiently. If you need any of the services they provide, i recommend these guys.

I needed a document with my signature notarized and I needed two witnesses to sign the document and also have their signatures of notarized.
I looked online and called a number of businesses to find this service.
There were lots of ads for "mobile notaries" but I was uncomfortable with the concept. Plus I was unsure of their fees since I'd be paying mileage to meet them somewhere to sign the documents.
My bank, which is always accommodating, would happily notarize my signature but could not provide witnesses.
Finally I saw that one particular UPS location might offer witness services as well as general notary services.
I called The UPS Store at 92 Cornerstone Dr in Cary and when I explained what I needed, they said "no problem, come any time."
I drove there immediately and the staff was efficient and friendly and in 20 minutes I left with my notarized documents.
This experience was terrific and UPS should give the entire staff a huge bonus.

My normal go-to UPS and the staff are generally great and friendly. I took the passport photo from UPS but it did not get accepted at AAA for international driver's license. I had to retake one at AAA, and went back to UPS for refund. The manager asked for evidence and I showed my new picture on international driver's license, but he argued that he could only refund when I bring him post office's written statement with rejection reason, not AAA. I don't know if this is the manager's fault or a UPS policy, but don't put international driver's license (or anything other than passport) as a use case on the photo pocket and not uphold their standards.
All the staff are so good at what they do and fast. Very sweet people! Lizzy was a great example of this when she took the time to make sure my shipping address was right. I was given an address to mail to that didn't have a street name. Lizzy did not want me to mail it to the wrong place so we double checked and found the street name online. She was very patient and kind to me!

Absolutely love this store! I come here almost every day for outbound shipping services and the staff here is amazing. They always have smiles in their face and attentive. Rarely a wait and if there is they do their best to move ppl through quickly and always acknowledge their appreciation for you waiting.
