Alex gave exceptional customer service in helping me over the phone to get my medication shipped to me as soon as possible. It got left behind while packing for our vacation. All my friend needed to do was drop it off. This was also at the end of the business day and I greatly appreciate the extra effort on Alex’s part.

Amazon returns warning. I brought a securely packaged, labeled box to this location for an Amazon return, but the staff refused to accept it. They told me I could only use an Amazon-branded box and immediately tried to sell me one of their own boxes. I escalated this to Amazon customer service, who explicitly confirmed that any sturdy box is acceptable and Amazon branding is never required. It is incredibly frustrating that this UPS location is misleading customers about return policies just to force them into buying shipping supplies. Be aware before you go.
Hi Anand, the box you brought in was a product/retail box, which is not considered suitable packaging for shipping through UPS. The associate assisting you explained this at the time of your visit. Your Amazon return was designated as "Customer Packed," which means the customer is responsible for having the item properly packaged and ready for UPS Shipment. Our associate provided you with several options, including the option to take the item with you and use your own suitable packaging. Purchasing a box or packing service from our store was never required, and we would never force a customer to purchase packaging from us. As The UPS Store, we are required to follow the packaging standards applicable to UPS shipments as well as the return instructions provided by Amazon. Our goal is always to help customers complete their returns successfully while making sure packages are properly prepared for shipment. We apologize for any frustration or misunderstanding during your visit and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occured.
I love the automatic doors. The UPS store back from where I just moved did not have that. It’s hard to open a door when you’re carrying packages. I also really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. I’m old and disabled. The staff offer to help me. That’s very kind.
