The Urban Ashram

JERZY is the best bartender on Main Street hands-down boom boom boom

Had an excellent experience having a Sound Bath hosted by Alisha! Felt intensely relaxed afterward and she is very kind. Highly recommend.

As soon as I walked in this place, it felt like home. A space for mindfulness movement, healing and a beautiful, warm community connection.

A beautiful space for small group meetings or classes for yoga and a wide variety of other things.

Recently participated in the meditation and sound bath led by Alisha. Came because of ClassPass, but will be back. Highly recommend for a centering, calming, and still hour.

Great sound bath session, highly recommend. It's every Sunday at 2. Get tickets online.

I just recently became a member. It is an amazing group of people. Ashley’s sound healings are incredibly relaxing and powerful. Tisse is another wonderful teacher whose tutelage is most appreciated. I look forward to meeting more teachers and proving another update. I recommend Urban Ashram to anyone that values their inner peace and wishes to be part of a community of open minded and insightful people. Truly inspiring.

Fun classes. Great teachers.

They say the best places are hidden gems and this one is definitely my favorite place . I did the sound bath and it was an amazing experience. The energy is the room was fresh and light . If you’re really serious about healing your energy this is the place to go to. What I appreciate the most is the affordability of the membership! Places like this need to stay open.
