Reviewers frequently praise the store's knowledgeable staff, helpful attitude, and wide selection of high-quality pet food and supplies. The location is described as clean and organized, with a rewards program that benefits regular customers. However, several low-rated reviews criticize the high prices, noting they are significantly higher than competitors, and cite issues with inconsistent stock availability or rude interactions during phone calls and in-store visits.

Chris O. at Urban Pet was incredibly intuitive, kind, and patient in helping me finally navigate my dog’s allergies after more than three years of trying to figure it out. Who knew the solution would come from a savvy, caring sales gentleman at my favorite local pet store? I couldn’t be more grateful for his help and expertise. Amy K.
Great product selections, super helpful staff, nice rewards program for rescue pup parents like us, and super chill store. Great harness selection.

Sometimes you just need to interact with a kind stranger, and it turns your day around. And they had what I was looking for. Thank you so much!
