In just a few short years, I watched Mr. Waldo catapult from being a proactive student at The University of Alabama to becoming one of the leading real estate agents in Tuscaloosa and West Alabama. He is representing some of the biggest names in our state in a 1st class manner.
Mr. Waldo’s hustle and can-do attitude is contagious, and his aptitude covers residential, commercial, and STR investments. My former student pro-actively sent my wife and me a video of an off-market property he thought we would love. We moved in a few months later!
I purchased my previous 3 properties without a real estate agent, but Haynes Waldo single handedly enabled us a dream home, and we are forever grateful.
Since having him as a student, I speak with Mr. Waldo multiple times a month. As a residential and commercial real estate investor, I learn from Mr. Waldo and gain much by brainstorming with him. If you give Mr. Waldo a chance to assist you with your real estate investment(s), you will have a new friend and be impressed by his value proposition!
P.S. My mother-in-law once overheard him on speaker phone and commented on how polite but genuine he sounded. She got it right!”

Haynes was an amazing realtor. I came from a completely different market and he took the time to have me completely understand the ins and out of buying in the area. We met Haynes 4+ years ago when we thought we were moving to Tuscaloosa. Moving fell through multiple times over several years but Haynes always kept in touch, was so patient and worked so hard to find us what we wanted! His knowledge of the area, schools, neighborhoods, etc was very helpful and made us feel confident in all our decisions!
