Laurie Fortier was exceptional to work with! We highly recommend her for any of your realtor needs in Nashville.

I couldn’t recommend these realtors enough. Over the course of two years, the Ward Group was very patient with me in finding us a home that fit what we were looking for. Sarah Leclere was our agent and she was phenomenal. She was always very flexible with her schedule and diligent in scheduling tours on whatever day worked best for us. Being a first time homebuyer, she was very helpful in answering any questions I had and wasn’t afraid to admit if she didn’t know something about the previous owner of the home. I felt she was very up-front and honest and did a great job at finding out any information we requested in a timely manner. She also gave us tips on what to request during the negotiation process in order to ensure that we were satisfied with the cost. I highly recommend this group.
