We contacted Water Softener Nerds for a water softener system and compared to other competitor quotes. Hands down the quote from Eric (the owner of Water Softener Nerds) was the best for overall value. I contacted Eric that we wanted to proceed yesterday PM, and he was here with his crew to install today 10/24/2026. The installation was impeccable! We highly recommend this company!
Eric is very friendly and price is transparent. Great prices and excellent service for water softener installation! Very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommend!
“We had Water Softener Nerds install our water softener and reverse osmosis system, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Eric and his team were professional, honest, and reliable. Eric took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through the care instructions and maintenance, and made sure I understood how to properly care for the systems. It’s such a blessing to find business owners who are honest, take pride in their work, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Water Softener Nerds to anyone looking to have a water softener or reverse osmosis system installed!”

I'm retired and on a fixed income so I was looking for honest and reputable company. Eric and The Water Softener Nerds provided a quality product at an affordable price! After shopping around and getting multiple quotes, Eric stood out immediately. Not only did he offer the best overall value, but he also stands behind his team's work with a lifetime installation warranty—something none of the competition could match. Installation technician,Grant, was punctual, polite, and meticulous. Eric was completely transparent with pricing—no hidden fees—and made sure I felt confident operating the system before leaving. 10/10 experience!
Very quick response! I called on a Saturday morning and the issue was fixed before noon! Amazing customer service, answered all my questions I had concerning the product and services. I highly recommend Water Softner Nerds! You won’t be disappointed!
Eric came out and did a water test and review of our current 3 year old system. He is very knowledgeable and willing to teach homeowners about water softerners and filtering systems. Our existing system was undersized for size of home and amount of people. Was able to install water softener and filter in the garage next day at a reasonable price. Was able to do a water test right after install and the results unbelievable. Will be contacting Eric to review the existing system at my parents home. Recommend if looking for new system or have existing system maintenance or reviewed contact The Water Softener Nerds.
