We love Whale Tea! My daughter loves to try new and delicious drinks every time we come and the presentation is always adorable. She loves it so much that I can usually bribe her to do anything with promises of Whale Tea.

May as well just close this. One of the worst drink I ever drank in my whole entire life.

Hello Q, We would love to hear more feedback such as what drink you ordered and what was not to your expectations. That way we are able to understand and try to rectify the situation. There’s no need for a nasty and rude remark such as closing our business. We are a family owned business that works hard to make customers happy. If you were not satisfied then you could have simply brought this up to us personally and we would’ve given you a drink to replace your current or even refund. We are open to hearing out our customers and helping them on the spot if there are issues. Thank you, The Whale Tea Hidenwood/Newport News

The older guy was so kind! After a thunderstorm caused a power outage, he gave us a flashlight. I made a great memory with friends there, we played some board games! I got the Crème Brûlée milk tea, super nice sweetness and some light crunchy bits! 10/10 would go again

Delicious food and tea. We tried the little waffle fish and we loved it. Food and drink came out fast. They were very nice to my children and even made him a water with the bubble tea lid and straw for him to participate in the bubble tea drinking. Thank you very much.

My boba fiend of a teenager found this place while we were in the area for a few days and her mango tea with mango pearls was delicious.
