The Whale Tea Williamsburg

boba tea is great but the tea could be a little bit more fresh

One of our favorite places to eat!

Lola and Jordan gave me a great first experience as well as preparing the best boba tea my girlfriend and I have tasted. We both got the mango and strawberry lemonade tea with jelly and boba and everything was amazing! 100/10

This place is amazingly good! Like I was actually really surprised at the quality of food they are putting out. The ramen was too notch and the bobba was fantastic. I highly recommend this place and am very sad I don't have one in Illinois near me. 10/10 wish I could give more than 5 stars. They deserve more business for how good they are. If you have any reservations about giving them a shot, dont. This place is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise.

If you’re looking for a great sweet treat! The whale tea is where you should go, great service, fresh food, and quality drinks. 10/10😍

Cool spot

Super cute inside and the drinks were amazing

Highest quality boba drinks in the area!!! Excellent place with great service, also have awesome games. WiFi is great as well.

The young lady at the front was kind and helpful! There was another person in the kitchen who my partner approached to ask for water and she completely ignored him. Other than that the main lady who was helping us was great! :) She advised me of the taro being made in house and offered a small sample before ordering it. I am very glad she did as I did not like the taro. It was super grainy and tasted like nothing. I went with a thai milk tea with boba and my husband ordered a coffee matcha. I ordered it at 50% ice and 100% sugar, it tasted okay. It wasn’t bad and it wasn’t anything mind blowing. The coffee matcha was ordered at 70% sugar and 100% ice. It was surprisingly good and the coffee taste was perfect. We don’t like our coffee overly sweet so this had a good balance. We also ordered the potato cheese corndog. We purchased two for the price of one through the app. I wouldn’t order it at full price, they were pretty small. The shop was empty so seating was no issue and played a few of their games. I would come back and try more of their menu items.

Love this place. Made a visit for the weekend and stopped here for some bubble tea and lunch. They have generous portions in the food menu (beef bowl). The milk teas are incredible. Mango matcha is refreshing and the mango avocado slush is top-tier. The young lady that made it for me (Asian lady) asked how it came it and I told her "perfect". They also had some k-pop playing the background and I loved the few songs I knew back to back to back. We even came back to grab some drinks before hitting the road 2 days later. Definitely worth the wait and money. Highly recommend!
