We chose The Windows Expert because they were the only company in Houston offering Anlin patio doors, even though their quote was among the highest we received. What we expected to be a three-day project ultimately turned into a three-month process with multiple issues along the way.
Despite the challenges and delays, the end result was a quality product with a safe and reliable installation, which is why we still give them a five-star rating.
The installation team, especially Nick, was highly skilled and meticulous, making sure everything was installed correctly. Nick truly prioritized our family's safety and took the time to ensure the job was done right. His commitment to safety and quality made a real difference.
I also want to recognize Mr. Devereaux and Mr. Villalobos, who demonstrated integrity and a commitment to making things right throughout the process. They made sure to deliver a product and installation they could be proud of.
While the project took far longer than expected, we appreciate the team's commitment to resolving the issues and ensuring the final result met the standards we expected. Some projects are more complex than initially anticipated, and what matters is how a company responds when challenges arise.
Our experience had its share of frustrations, but the quality of the finished product, the professionalism and skill of the installation team, the company's commitment to safety, and the integrity demonstrated by its leadership deserve recognition. For these reasons, The Windows Expert still earns our five-star rating.

Trang, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. While we’re sorry the issues with the brick mason significantly impacted the timeline and turned what should have been a much shorter project into a longer journey, we truly appreciate your patience and partnership throughout the process.
We’re especially grateful for your recognition of Nick, whose commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and doing the job right reflects the standards we strive for every day. We also appreciate your kind words about Mr. Devereaux and Mr. Villalobos and their determination to see the project through to a successful outcome.
Complex projects can sometimes uncover challenges outside of anyone’s expectations, but we believe the true measure of a company is how it responds when those challenges arise. While we certainly wish the project had gone more smoothly from the start, we’re proud of how our team responded, stayed committed to finding solutions, and ultimately delivered a result we could all stand behind. Thank you for your trust, your patience, and your generous recommendation.
I rarely write online reviews, but Tomas and the team at The Window Experts truly deserve the recognition.
From the day we started shopping for windows all the way through delivery, the service and communication were seamless. Shopping for home improvements often comes with high-pressure sales tactics and that pushy "ick," but Tomas was the exact opposite. He brought a genuine sincerity to our project, taking the time to understand our goals and helping us make the right selections without ever pushing an agenda.
Under normal circumstances, that level of professionalism alone would warrant high praise—though typically I’d just pass along a strong recommendation to friends by word of mouth. The real reason I felt compelled to sit down and write this public 5-star review is how Tomas handled an unexpected hurdle.
When the order arrived, we discovered an issue that both of us had initially overlooked. Rather than dodging accountability or making excuses, Tomas immediately stepped up. He proactively explored every possible remedy, offered clear suggestions, and gave 100% support to whatever path forward I decided was best for my home. Not once did he nudge me toward an option simply because it was easier or cheaper for the company. On top of that, they fully reimbursed me for the expenses incurred to get the issue resolved.
You find out what a company is really made of when things don't go strictly to plan. The Window Experts is a great business backed by even better people. I cannot recommend Tomas and the crew highly enough.

Cameron, thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re grateful for your recognition of Tomas and the entire team, but what means the most is hearing how we responded when an unexpected issue arose.
Anyone can look good when everything goes perfectly. True customer service is measured by how a company responds when challenges appear, and we’re proud that Tomas and our Team approached the situation with accountability, transparency, and a commitment to doing what was right for your home. Thank you for your trust, your patience, and this incredible recommendation. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Tomas and the team!
Leslie, thank you! We’re thrilled you’re happy with both the product and the experience. We truly appreciate your support and your trust in The Window Experts!
I’m gladI I chose Houston Window Experts over the other companies when I was in the market to replace windows and doors. The quality of their product and quality of their service and installation is exceptional. When I was in need of a repair/ replacement they immediately responded and took care of my glass break. I highly recommend Houston Window Experts. Installers like Andres and Celso do exceptional and professional work.

Thank you for the kind words and recommendation! We’re glad you chose The Window Experts and that both the quality of the products and the installation lived up to your expectations. We especially appreciate your recognition of Andres, Celso, and our service team, and we’re happy we could respond quickly and take care of your glass replacement when you needed us. Thank you for your continued trust in The Window Experts!
Great team to work with throughout the process from sales to installation as well as any services for adjustments, if any. Last year (2025) the team did all our replacement windows in 26 openings. This year (2026) the team did our front entry door and the side and transom windows. The installation team was on time, very efficient, careful, respectful and professional. The office team kept us informed about the project status and coordinated the schedule for installation. Very responsive and quick to provide clarifications, if any. Additionally, the YouTube channel has great set of videos to watch.
I strongly recommend Houston Window Experts.

Raghu, thank you for your continued trust in our team! We’re honored to have helped with both your window project in 2025 and your entry door project in 2026, and we’re glad the experience remained consistent from sales and communication through installation and follow‑up service. Our goal is to make sure the smoked brisket tastes the same job by job and city by city. We truly appreciate your kind words about our office team, installers, and educational YouTube content, and we’re grateful for your continued support of The Window Experts!
I had a fantastic experience with The Window Experts from start to finish. The sales rep came out to my home to walk me through the different options for our two sliding glass doors and the door leading out to the back of our home. He was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, and helped me feel confident in my choices—I didn’t even need to visit the showroom.
The communication throughout the waiting period was top-notch. I received regular email updates every couple of weeks confirming everything was on schedule, which kept me completely in the loop without me ever having to call to check in.
On installation day, the crew was incredible. The doors had to be carried up four flights of stairs, which was no small task, but the team handled it with total professionalism. They were courteous, addressed all my questions and concerns on the spot, and left everything looking immaculate.
Now that everything is installed, the quality is truly superior. I would highly recommend The Window Experts to anyone looking for beautiful doors and exceptional service! 🤩

Jennifer, thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad our team helped you feel confident in your selections and that the communication throughout the process kept everything clear and stress free. We’re thrilled the crew delivered the level of professionalism and care you deserved. Enjoy your beautiful new doors, and thank you for the strong recommendation!
Window Experts just completed installation of replacement windows in our home. I can’t express enough how knowledgeable, professional, and responsible the installation went at all phases. That included enlarging three windows to picture windows. They enlarged the opening, added a header, finished the opening with drywall and wood molding then painted it to match. We also had block glass windows in the master bathroom changed to textured glass. The new windows add a modern look from the old single pain windows. The job went per the original schedule given to us at the contact signing. The work crew were amazing. They cleaned up everything daily. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The first two photos are after and the third is before of the enlarged picture windows.

It means a lot to hear how pleased you were with the craftsmanship, communication, and cleanliness of the crew, and we truly appreciate your trust in The Window Experts!
The Window Experts team replaced 8 windows in my house and they met my already high expectations. The installers were professional and conscientious during the installation process and the finished product looks great. They left everything clean like they found it. Thank you. When I replace the rest of the windows on my house I'll be calling The Window Experts. I'm enjoying the new windows! After all the best window isn't the best if it's poorly installed.

Brad, Thank you for the great review! We’re thrilled to hear we met your high expectations and that the installation team delivered the professional, detail‑oriented experience we strive for. We truly appreciate your trust, and we’ll be ready when it’s time for the next phase. As you said, even the best window is only as good as the installation behind it!
I recently had the The Houston Window Experts install sliding glass doors on my patio and put in a new kitchen window. I'm thrilled with the results. But I really wanted to write a review to comment on the excellent customer service this company provides. From Tomas, the person who came to my home to talk to me about their products, to the team of installers, to the other staff I interacted with during the process they were without doubt totally customer oriented, professional, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use them again. To me what distinguishes any company is the service they provide and Houston Window Experts provides the best!
