We got estimates from 3 different companies including Window Shoppe. Window Shoppe gave the most reasonable estimate after the owner explained that they manufactured their own windows, that they are locally located, and didn't have a middle man involved. I believe the owner acts as their only salesman and he comes to your house to give the estimates. I ended up going to their showroom and checked out their windows on display. I was impressed. Long story short, I got all my windows replaced except the large kitchen-dining room window and was quite satisfied with the installation and their windows. I have a specific reason to forego replacing my kitchen-dining room window because I will be renovating my kitchen in the very near future.
Anyways, they are a great company to buy windows from. However, there is one small thing I didn't like of them. It's the difficulty of contacting them for small correction on the windows they had installed.

I highly recommend the Window Shoppe in Vista. Great price and quality. Dave and Brandon were very professional and replaced my windows with ease, they are a great team!!

We had several estimates and this company was highly competitive on price. We chose them and are very happy with our 3 replacement sliding glass doors. Workmanship is fantastic and communication was great! Will definitely use them again if we need more windows replaced.

Not impressed. They advertise that they service San Diego County only means Coastal San Diego County. Apparently, Ramona is too far away for them.

Hi Keith, we do install in Ramona, but don't have the bandwidth to schedule sales appts there. The customers we have in Ramona have sent us rough measurements that they took or other window companies took. We can provide pricing based on those. If you're able to send us rough measurements and a couple photos of your existing windows, I can provide you an estimate. We had a great experience with The Window Shoppe. They replaced two large sliding doors and two sliding windows, upgrading us from old aluminum fixtures to modern retrofits. The difference has been immediate; the new doors seal tightly, keeping bugs out and improving insulation.
A huge shoutout to Jose and Enrique for the installation. They went above and beyond, even hoisting the frames up three stories (no easy task) and still managed to finish the job with great attention to detail. Their effort and professionalism really stood out.
Overall, we’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend The Window Shoppe.
Had 2 windows and a patio slider replaced. Our 2 windows had issues during rainstorms with water leaking through so it was an emergency replacement. Overall was a very good experience. Installation guys were very pleasant and respectful to our property during the install. Took them about 3 - 4 hours for our install. Had about a 3 week holdup in between our install and when we got our patio screen door installed. Overall a very pleasant sales to install experience. Did not try to upsell or pressure us. Will definitely have Window Shoppe replace the rest of our windows at a later date

Great experience, great customer service and great product! Our window install went smoothly. All windows were ready and installed on date promised. Our installers Ian and Josh were friendly, respectful, and on time! Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Price was the most competetive!

I went to several window company showrooms to see the windows and meet the owners & employees. Hands down, Kyle at The Window Shoppe was the most knowledgeable and answered my many questions about the windows he builds. Better product than the other major window companies. I was able to tour the factory and see how my windows & patio door would be built. Kyle come out, measured and schedule the work. Whole house replacement. Kyle, Brad & Tyler were able to stagger the install to meet my needs. The install was clean and quick. I have worked with many contractors. First time everything was done the way I wanted. First time I did not have to anything to fix. I love my windows & sliding door.

Kyle and his team of installers Isael and Jose were excellent! We needed new windows in about 3 weeks and this team delivered. They manufacture locally and do both new and retrofit windows. We went with retrofit and have been really happy with the quality and look
