Opinions based on my experience: This practice is far too busy to give you accurate and personalized care if you need it. 1. They had difficulty keeping up with my records. Visit notes routinely contained errors. They rarely knew what my problem was – I had to explain it at almost every visit - even once to Dr. Stratford just seconds before a procedure. Once, he didn't know why I was in the OR either -the diagnosis and reason for having surgery was wrong on the surgical order. I felt like I was constantly fighting with my own provider to be heard and understood and their missteps lengthened my recovery on multiple occasions. I wish I had gone to a smaller provider where I might have gotten more accurate care. I blame them all for a much more painful and miserable recovery than it should have been. I can document all the facts in this review.

Good afternoon to the staff at the Women's Clinic—a clinic that really undermines our dignity. Honestly, I didn't feel like a patient; I felt more like a customer. Dr. Kelly performed surgery on me (it seems doctors don't have enough time to talk to their "customers"? I liked Dr. Kelly a lot, and I don't think it's her fault she lacks the time to treat us like patients), but it is incredibly uncomfortable that every time we have a follow-up appointment, we are seen by different young women—very young girls—who have to perform intimate exams. It’s always someone different. I feel like our dignity as women is being trampled on; it’s terrible. And I’m talking about women older than me—those over 60. It’s sad to see all those older women there who barely have the energy or the will to speak up and ask for more dignified treatment. Another issue: I couldn't get the final follow-up appointment for my surgery. I asked to speak to the supervisor; I was transferred to someone named Laura, but she never returned my call. I called more than once to try to schedule the appointment but never succeeded. My work hours overlap with the clinic's hours, and there was just no way to make it work. My experience at the clinic was very disappointing—not because of Dr. Kelly, but because of the completely disorganized system they have. Please show more respect for the dignity of the women who visit the clinic. The staff is used to performing intimate exams on "patients," but we "patients" aren't used to having different people perform intimate exams on us every week (I'm exaggerating, obviously). I ask for more respect and, above all, MORE DIGNIFIED treatment (please put yourselves in the patients' shoes). And thank you to the manager, Laura, for never responding to my call! 😔🙏

Very disappointing experience. I sought care from a specialist because this problem has progressed to the point that it is significantly affecting my daily life and quality of life. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the provider was willing to listen to what I was actually describing. The examination was performed only while I was lying down, even though I specifically explained that the issue is apparent when I am standing. Rather than adjusting the evaluation to address what I was reporting or investigating my concerns further, they were dismissed. What makes this especially frustrating is that I waited weeks for this specialist appointment, only to now have to start over and potentially wait several more weeks for a second opinion from someone who will actually listen and properly evaluate the problem. When a medical issue is already significantly interfering with someone's quality of life, losing additional weeks because concerns were not taken seriously is incredibly discouraging. I left feeling unheard and without any meaningful explanation, diagnosis, or plan for moving forward. I expected much better from a women’s health center.

Dr Kantartcis and staff are so caring. I had zero wait time and the front office staff were extremely courteous. Very evident that Dr Kantartcis genuinely cares for her clients, not rushing, and explaining things fully.

Dr K is very thorough and takes the time to explain all the test results and options available to help you make the best choice in treatment plans. Office staff is very efficient and you can access all your records online. Highly recommend.
