Customers frequently praise the company for rapid response times, same-day availability, and fair pricing for services like spring replacement, opener installation, and full door systems. Reviews highlight efficient repairs, clear communication, and an owner who often handles work personally without attempting upsells. However, a small number of low-star reviews cite missed appointments with poor follow-up, while others describe pricing as excessive for minor fixes or report unresolved alignment issues after repairs.

I called them for a second opinion as I had a quote from a competitor to replace our garage door. The competitor said 3-4,weeks to get the new door in from the manufacturer. Nathan said he could do it in less than a week. He did and his crew was great. Very happy with the outcome.

Hello Kurt Twining!
Thank you for your great review! We're glad Nathan and our team provided fast, reliable service at a reasonable price. We truly appreciate your trust and support!
Called after 6pm on a Tuesday when my torsion spring broke, leaving door in down position and cars stuck inside. Technician arrived to my Lake Highlands home in less than an hour, quickly assesses the fix, quoted a reasonable price for parts and labor and got to work right away on the fix. Installation was done in less than 30 minutes, stuck around to recheck safety elements and make adjustments and explained everything clearly along the way. Was back to full function by 8pm that same evening. Very helpful, worth the price to ensure safety and long term stability for the door.
