The tech Rom was pleasant and friendly. He took his time to diagnose my AC unit. He discovered what the problem was and said they will order the parts and he will be back to replace. He cleaned everything out and checked to make sure everything was working properly. This is the second time he’s been to my home and he has done a great job.
10/26/26 Rom came back fixed everything made sure everything was running smoothly. He so respectful and polite. He’s the guy to ensure my unit stays running correctly. Thanks Rom for everything

I was absolutely satisfied, both by the technician and by the sales representative. They were very honest, directed my attention to my choices and the costs, and led me to a very good decision. They had great customer service. They were very safe, respectful and courteous I am a very satisfied customer. Both the AC and Heating Furnace were replaced a few years ago, and they have functioned well, and upgraded my thermostat so I can control it remotely from my Phone Ap. Thank you.
p.s. I have had several technicians over the last couple of years for the regular checkups for AC/Heating, and they are all very thorough in their work, very respectful and courteous. I am very happy with their work.
p.s#2: recently I have had some plumbing services also, and I am very pleased with the work done, very customer service oriented, and great follow through. I am happy to get both HVAC and Plymbing done through Thermo Direct.

Michael Tucker was a great guy to have a sales guy. He knew what he was doing. He knew what he was talking about. He could answer any questions. He was great that’s why I decided to go with him if you need a new AC or anything hit Michael up.
