Thermo S was amazing! They found and resolved some problems with some of our duct work that other HVAC pros had missed! From estimate and evaluation, day off, and follow up, everything was awesome! And we're looking forward to a more efficient home. Abraham, Pedro and Talin did the installation and they were wonderful!

Thermal Shield was very reasonably priced. They were there early. They did a really professional job. They cleaned up the area before leaving. I would recommend them without hesitation. This is the second time I have used them and would absolutely use them again. I spray foamed my duplex to keep my tenants comfortable year-round. Thermal Shield is the best.

This company showed their true colors before we began the job. First they quoted the job incorrectly (not the customers fault) after we accepted the job. They retracted it. Then gave the wrong percentage off for their winter special discount and disguised it as an added discount removing the tax when they figured it out. We still accepted the new quote which was almost 40% more. Then they changed the dates the job would be completed and extended the amount of days it would take to complete the job. Oh and FYI they require you to pay the credit processing fee of 3.4% because they do not want to pay the fee (the smallest of companies I’ve used a credit card for did not require the customer to pay). Customers should be able to use the payment form preferred without incurring another $300 fee. But when you mention this to the office manager Dena she will send the most inappropriate and long winded email and state at end of the email you don’t have to work with them and they are good with parting ways. We canceled the service and ran as fast as we could. Too many red flags, before we got to the job. They are NOT customer friendly and that was enough for us to not work with them. Can’t imagine how they would handle a mistake during the job or after. Which is sad because the office staffs negative behavior was the deciding factor and the work may have been good. So many companies out there who can do the same work don’t need to take the abuse from the office manager.

I had a very positive experience with Thermo Shield from the initial estimate through completion of the work. They completed both duct sealing and additional attic insulation at my home, and I've already noticed an improvement in how evenly the house maintains temperature.
Darwin was knowledgeable and thorough during the estimate and also came back afterward to inspect the completed work and make sure everything looked right. Dena was very helpful with scheduling and communication throughout the process.
I also want to recognize Abraham, Pedro, and Talin from Truck 2, who completed the installation. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job cleaning everything up when they were finished.
Overall, I was very happy with the service, communication, and quality of the work and would recommend Thermo Shield to anyone looking for insulation or duct-sealing work.

I paid for adding cellulose insulation in my attic back in 2024. Upon later inspection, I found a few dead spots around the perimeter and it appears that they skipped filling the entire kitchen zone. Their sales rep was fantastic, the actual crew were efficient and on time. But if you go with this company, I recommend auditing their work yourself or hiring an inspector

Recommended by our AC service, Artisan Air, we couldn't be happier with our insulation upgrade by Thermo Shield! Darwin provided a quote that was thorough and with no surprises. The crew, Ignacio and Fernando, showed up on time, were courteous and professional, sealed our swamp cooler up-ducts, completed the insulation around our skylight, and blew insulation to bring our attic to R49. The crew finished the job quickly and cleaned up completely. Highly recommended!

Hi Jim, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and kind review! A big thanks to our friends at Artisan Air for the recommendation—we love partnering with great local companies to make sure our community stays comfortable. I’ll be sure to pass your compliments along to Darwin, Ignacio, and Fernando. They take immense pride in their work, from being thorough with the quotes to sealing those up-ducts and cleaning up every last bit before they leave.
