SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HASSEL AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I set up to have my shop inside ceiling insulated, the guys showed up, started cutting plastic and covering my machines, and then, all of a sudden, they just started packing up their stuff.
None of the guys spoke any English, I asked why they were leaving and the one guy used google translate to tell me that they needed open cell foam to do the job, but they only had closed cell foam in the truck. I told them that I had talked to the owner multiple times and we all knew it was suppose to be closed cell foam. The guy once again wrote to me on google translate that they brought the wrong type of foam, and they leave.
I call the owner and I ask him what the hell is going on, and he doesn’t even have the decency to answer my call, he just texts me back. I called him multiple times, and he never once answered, just text me. He said that there is too much in the way in my shop for them to do the insulation and that’s why they left. I ask him “why did they say that they didn’t have open cell foam?” And he says he doesn’t know, but that’s why they left.
I literally sent the owner a video of my shop the week before, and he said “no problem, clean up as much as you can, and we will cover the rest”. So my guys and I literally spent hours the day before cleaning up all the tools, putting everything we possibly could, away in the cabinets, blowing off all the ceiling with the compressor, and vacuuming everything. So I sent him another video of the shop and told him, look, everything is cleaned up. And he text me back and says the tables in my shop are taking up too much room and are in the way. I tell him, the tables are all on wheels, I can push them all out front through the shop garage door in 10 minutes. He texts back and says ok, we can come back next Saturday.
I tell him, no, I already paid my like 5 guys, 4 hours each to clean the entire shop. And I canceled my plans to come in on Saturday to meet them, because my guys are working in the shop every other day. He tells me there is nothing he can do.
Just so everyone knows, I never write reviews, this is probably the second review I have ever wrote. It just pissed me off so badly, I had to write one.
Before you choose the cheapest company, think twice, don’t want to go through this

Sir, we have all the documentation that we order for us to do. The installation of spray foam you have to have the warehouse cleaned up and you agreed. We wasted the trip going over there and you had the warehouse as full as can be. It was actually comicand you wanted our guys to sit there and wait while you remove all of the stuff that was supposed to be cleared got there. You wasted our time and our money when this was clearly explained to you.Sorry that you didn't understand that. Another company would have charged you a trip charge and our price is the lowest in Florida. You could have had the decency.
To cle warehouse as our guys woke up early on Saturday to go. Do your job which you had already rescheduled on a supplier launch prior I didn't answer. Because.

The team was extremely professional on explaining the different installation option for my home. When the came to do the installation crew was great, they clean up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Overall great service!!!
I waited for the person to arrive and never showed up. I called 30min later and no one ever showed up with no apologies.

I have all the text messages that we explained to you but you didn't understand the schedule was between 8 and 10, not 8am. We texted you guys are on the way and you yelled very bad service then left a very disrespectful voice message.

Hi Julio sorry you had a very bad experience because we didn't go. Our truck broke our apologies. If you notice your the only person has given us a bad review we will make sure to improve all areas of service thanks.
Spoke with Mike on a Saturday morning looking for some pricing ideas and what he and his company can offer. I was offered a multitude of options one of which included one of his crews that were already working in my area and could respond immediately. Within 30 minutes his crew was at my house and provided excellent service for what I needed and advice for what I will be needing in the future. Prices were competitive for quality insulation. Overall was an absolutely excellent experience and I have already recommended Mike and his company to others. A+ service.

I called several companies and Mike was the friendliest one I spoke too. He was able to answer all my questions, provided a very reasonable price and scheduled my appointment very quickly. The team that arrived was prompt and did a great job. I would recommend 10/10.
