When we wanted to get last minute newborn photos done, Jason and Shelly fit us in. Jason came to our home and was very patient and professional as our 3 week old cried throughout the session.
Our photos are wonderful and we are so glad we have a beautiful memory of our tiny baby.
Such a beautiful experience we had with our newborn and Shelly and Jason were able to capture it all for us! It was such an easy and relaxed pace that it took away all our worries and we were able to just be in the moment with our little one. I truly could not have chosen a more fitting company name than Things Hoped For Photography because our engagement session with Shelly and Jason was genuinely everything I could have hoped for and beyond.
Going into the shoot, I was extremely nervous, but they immediately made my fiancé and me feel comfortable and at ease. They created such a relaxed, natural environment that after my nerves wore off, we ended up having an amazing time and genuinely loved every second of the experience.
Along the way, they showed us some of the shots they were capturing and I was honestly blown away. Every single image was beautiful, romantic, and exactly the feeling we were hoping to capture. Their eye for detail, lighting, posing, and emotion is incredible.
Not only are they incredibly talented, but they are also just genuinely cool people to work with. They made the entire experience feel fun, easy, and special instead of awkward or overly staged.
I already know these are going to be photos we treasure forever, and I cannot wait to see the full gallery. We are beyond impressed and so grateful we chose Things Hoped For Photography for such an important moment in our lives.

This family photo session was amazing. Jason did such an amazing job with our almost two-year-old, was so efficient and was great at giving us direction - it felt really great to have someone who could just jump into seeing our vision for the shoot and make it happen so quickly. We also learned some new tricks for getting our toddler to pose, which is amazing! And of course the photos were excellent and we were able to download any and all that we wanted. We would highly recommend Things Hoped For!
