We decided to move cause we needed more room for our 2 children. We was looking for a realtor that understood our need and not just looking for a commission. I would also encourage you to understand the process and have a plan prior to listing or purchasing. Understand your finances and how much you will need at closing. Kelly Copeland was our agent for buying our new villa. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. She suggested getting an inspection although the villa was new construction. This led to several small things and one huge thing being fixed before we moved in. Kelly always answered our questions promptly, and if she didn't know the answer, she would find it as soon as possible. She kept us updated by calls and texts throughout the whole process. She was professional and efficient, but she was also friendly and caring. I felt that Kelly put her heart into her work and really cared about making things right for us before we bought the villa.
