Very prompt service after I text my sales rep. The tech was only at my home a few minutes. Had the installer (less than 1 year ago) showed me how to reset garage door after lever was pulled when don’t have electricity we could have avoided a service call. Hoping you don’t charge me for a service call. I ask tech and he said would be up to the company. FYI I have sent u several referrals.
