FRAUD ALERT ******** This is guy is a thief. He took advance money from me for parts but never showed up or refunded my money. I talked to one of his employees who stopped working for him because he did not pay him for moth and owed him more than 4000$. Please spread this fraud alert to your friends and family to not to call him for work.
I couldn't agree more with some of the recent reviews. Put 2 expensive parts on our refrigerator and it didn't fix the problem. Promised a refund on the parts. Now Adolph won't answer my calls or texts. Find someone else to work on your appliances.
Such a great experience! Adolph was super professional, reasonable and friendly. We will most definitely use them again. If you are looking for appliance repair Thai is the company to call.
Adolf had great customer service and was able to repair my fridge the same day.
Adolf came out on February 5th to look at my double oven and said I needed a control panel. I had to pay for the part ahead of time 75% of the balance owed and said I would pay the remainder once the work was done. Most companies would have the money to pay for a part before they charge you for it. Anyway, on March 27th with no control panel and many excuses. I seen reviews that said he never showed up after taking money for parts and even asked him about those reviews and he said at that time he was going through a rough patch. I trusted him. To date, no answers to phone calls and no replies.
DO NOT USE THIS APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY! I would give no stars if it was an option. The owner Adolph, does not keep his appointments, does not communicate, and will not return your payment. We called Thompson's last July to come out and replace the ignitors in our our gas double oven. He replaced both. One month later the bottom oven blew the circuit breaker and would not ignite. Adolph came back out ordered part after part and never fixed our issue. I was told there was up to one year to receive a refund for the parts, but the service call would not be refunded. This repair timeline stretched from August 2025 - December 2025 as he would continuously make return appointments and then no call, no show. I finally ordered a new stove and contacted Adolph to pick up the parts for refund. It took weeks but he finally came to collect the part on 2/14/26 and said he would have the refund money to us within 3-5 business days. As of this writing, 3/26/26 he no longer answers our phone calls and has not refunded our money. If you are having appliance issues, I would recommend calling ANY other company.
Adolph knows his business! We've used Thompson Appliance for years and will continue to do so.

Do not use I had a repair done.And it wasn't correct, and he has yet to refund me.And i've been getting in contact with him for the last three weeks
